What's New
New things you can do in Singlet — tweaks, updates and launches.
See the structure on Upcoming
Upcoming shows each running Workout’s Structure view — steps, targets, and the effort-intensity rail — so you can read the session without leaving the calendar.
The workout page opens in Structure view too. When you need to change a step, you move into Structure edit for duration, targets, repeats, and order — then it’s Saved as you go.
Suggested workouts in the add-session popover use the same Structure view, so you can compare candidates before you fill the prompt.
Completed sessions keep the route map with the structure on Upcoming.
Adapt your schedule
When life moves a week, you tell Singlet. You preview the calendar, confirm, and the sessions move with you.
Suggested workouts when you add one session
Open a day and tap a suggested workout to fill the prompt with a structure you already know — from your calendar or the Plan you started.
Workout type marks
Each Workout type has its own mark on the Roundel, so you can scan Upcoming by type at a glance.
Zone-number steps use your heart rate targets
When a step is marked with a zone number, it resolves to your LTHR heart rate targets on the watch — or to watch zones when LTHR is unset.
Edits are Saved as you go
Change a workout in the editor and it is Saved in Singlet immediately. Garmin sync still follows on its own.
The number that leads the run
A completed run leads with one Highlight stat — aerobic drift, active pace, interval consistency, or GAP — not a dashboard of everything.
Start from the plan you already have
Upload a training plan and review a week-by-week schedule before you put it on the calendar.
Workouts on your watch
You can send Saved workouts to Garmin Connect and bring completed runs back onto the calendar.
