The number that leads the run
A completed run leads with one Highlight stat — aerobic drift, active pace, interval consistency, or GAP — not a dashboard of everything.
The one that fits the session
Hilly runs show GAP — the flat-equivalent pace after hills. Interval sessions show how tightly the reps matched. Tempos show active pace, without the warm-up and cool-down. Simpler runs show aerobic drift: whether pace-to-HR efficiency held.
You stay the coach
The Highlight stat sits on the workout card so you can read the effort at a glance. Maps and charts are still there when you want the whole file.
